As a service to my rural community, I offer individualized and group instruction in studio art and art appreciation. Beginning studio sessions will focus on acrylic painting and composition, art journaling/self-expression, and ways in which to look at art (your own and other's) and to talk about it. Longer-term students will enjoy the exploration of multiple media including clay, paper-making, wood and power tools, and digital video production. Process is stressed over product; making art should be about learning, expression, and experimentation.

I have experience in instructing all ages from pre-school to college/adult. My space is queer- and trans-friendly and inclusive of people of all race/ethnicity/religions.
